As a niche player in IT Distribution Services, INFLOW TECHNOLOGIES is conducting a Talent Acquisition Program to identify the next generation of IT leaders.

 


Your Responsibilities


Learning and Development: Engage in training programs to understand products and industry trends, acquiring relevant certifications.


Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to analyze technical needs, deliver presentations, and set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.


Technical Expertise and Support: Provide guidance, design solutions, and manage lab environments to showcase capabilities.


 

Hiring Procedure


Stage 1: Submitting Your Video Resume

  • Submit your video resume using the "Register" Button below.
  • The company will assign a topic for you to cover in your video resume.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance.
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a call for further interview processes.

Stage 2: Technical Task

  • Recognizing that candidates may not be fully prepared technically, the company aims to support all potential candidates.
  • Candidates will be provided with technical resources to enhance their skills.
  • Candidates who complete these technical courses within the given timeframe will be shortlisted for further interviews.


Stage 3: Technical and Manager Interview

  • Based on performance and job requirements, the company will arrange multiple rounds of virtual or in-person interviews.
  • Technically qualified candidates will proceed to the HR process.


Stage 4: HR Process

  • The HR team will conduct background checks and verify certifications.
  • Candidates who successfully complete this process will receive a job offer from the company.

 


 

Topics to Include in Your Video Resume

  1. Introduce Yourself:

   Personal background, educational background, internship details, technical skills and certifications, career aspirations, reason for applying, closing statement.

  1. OSI Model:

  Detailed PPT explanation about OSI layers and what each layer is about.

 

Note:- The total video length should not exceed 7 minutes.



 

Key Notes to Upload Video Resume

 

  • Presentation: Create a nice video along with a presentation with detailed explanations of the given topics.
  • Private: Choose an enclosed space that ensures privacy and prevents interruptions once you start the video recording.
  • Quiet and Free from Interruptions: Minimize background noise and inform household members that you cannot be disturbed during the recording. Ensure you remain in focus throughout the video.
  • Well-lit: Ensure the video is well-lit so that you are clearly visible. Avoid sitting in front of windows or strong light sources that could cause visibility issues.
  • Audio Quality: Ensure the audio throughout the video is loud and clear.
  • Maximum Recording Length: The total video length should not exceed 7 minutes.
  • Maximum Video Size: Keep the total video file size as small as possible.
  • No Changes: No modifications or multiple submissions are allowed once the form is submitted.
  • No Edited or Mixed Videos: Upload only unedited, original videos.
  • Proper Interview Etiquette: Follow proper interview etiquette throughout the video.
  • File Naming: Name both the resume and video resume files with your full name only.
