As a niche player in IT Distribution Services, INFLOW TECHNOLOGIES is conducting a Talent Acquisition Program to identify the next generation of IT leaders.

 

Your Responsibilities


Learning and Development: Engage in training programs to understand products and industry trends, acquiring relevant certifications.


Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to analyze technical needs, deliver presentations, and set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.


Technical Expertise and Support: Provide guidance, design solutions, and manage lab environments to showcase capabilities.

 

Hiring Procedure


Stage 1: Submitting Your Video Resume

  • Submit your video resume using the "Register" Button below.
  • The company will assign a topic for you to cover in your video resume.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance.
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a call for further interview processes.

Stage 2: Technical Task

  • Recognizing that candidates may not be fully prepared technically, the company aims to support all potential candidates.
  • Candidates will be provided with technical resources to enhance their skills.
  • Candidates who complete these technical courses within the given timeframe will be shortlisted for further interviews.


Stage 3: Technical and Manager Interview

  • Based on performance and job requirements, the company will arrange multiple rounds of virtual or in-person interviews.
  • Technically qualified candidates will proceed to the HR process.


Stage 4: HR Process

  • The HR team will conduct background checks and verify certifications.
  • Candidates who successfully complete this process will receive a job offer from the company.

        A detailed PPT explanation video covering all OSI layers and their functions.

    

    Note:

    • The introduction section must cover all the mentioned topics within 2 minutes.
    • The total video length should not exceed 7 minutes.

    • Video Structure: Create a single, continuous video that includes the following segments in order:
      • Opening Statement
      • Self-Introduction covering:

      • Detailed Explanation of the OSI Conceptual Model
      • Closing Statement
        The total video duration must not exceed 7 minutes.
    • Content Format: The video should be in a widely supported format (e.g., MP4) and must include both the self-introduction and OSI model presentation.
    • Presentation Guidelines: Ensure your face is clearly visible and active throughout the entire video, including during the OSI model presentation. Use clear and well-structured slides for explanation.
    • Recording Environment:
      • Choose a quiet, enclosed space to ensure privacy and minimize interruptions.
      • Minimize background noise and inform others that you should not be disturbed while recording.
      • Ensure proper lighting, avoiding backlight from windows or bright light sources to maintain visibility.
    • Audio Quality: Speak clearly and loudly enough to ensure crisp, clear audio.
    • File Size: Keep the file size minimal without compromising quality.
    • Submission Rules:
      • Submit only one original, unedited video.
      • No edited or mixed videos will be accepted.
      • Resubmissions are not allowed.
    • Professional Etiquette: Present yourself professionally throughout the video. Dress in formal attire, maintain polite and confident body language, and speak respectfully.
    File Naming: Name both the resume and the video file using your full name
