Your Responsibilities
Learning and Development: Engage in training programs to understand products and industry trends, acquiring relevant certifications.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to analyze technical needs, deliver presentations, and set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.
Technical Expertise and Support: Provide guidance, design solutions, and manage lab environments to showcase capabilities.
Hiring Procedure
Stage 1: Submitting Your Video Resume

- The company will assign a topic for you to cover in your video resume.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a call for further interview processes.
Stage 2: Technical Task
- Recognizing that candidates may not be fully prepared technically, the company aims to support all potential candidates.
- Candidates will be provided with technical resources to enhance their skills.
- Candidates who complete these technical courses within the given timeframe will be shortlisted for further interviews.
Stage 3: Technical and Manager Interview
- Based on performance and job requirements, the company will arrange multiple rounds of virtual or in-person interviews.
- Technically qualified candidates will proceed to the HR process.
Stage 4: HR Process
- The HR team will conduct background checks and verify certifications.
- Candidates who successfully complete this process will receive a job offer from the company.
